Our services
Sims Consulting Co. provides credit consulting services, including credit report review and dispute assistance for inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items, credit building guidance, business credit guidance, and big-purchase preparation. Programs start at $350; your exact price is set during your free consultation based on your credit profile.
No charge before services are performed
You are never charged before services are performed. Payment is tied to services rendered, not promised in advance.
Results-Based Money-Back Guarantee
If we do not get at least one inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable item corrected or removed within 90 days of starting your program, you may request a full refund of the fees you paid. This requires active enrollment and timely response to our document requests. Refund requests must be made within 30 days after the 90-day period.
No guarantee of specific results
Results vary. We do not guarantee the removal of any accurate, timely, and verifiable information, and we do not guarantee a specific score increase. We do not make any other guarantees or promises about outcomes.
Your right to dispute on your own — for free
You have the right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on your credit reports on your own, at no cost. You are not required to use our services or any credit repair organization.
3-day right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your contract with us, without any penalty or obligation, within 3 business days of signing. Cancellation instructions are provided in your enrollment documents.
Compliance
Sims Consulting Co. complies with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable state credit services laws, including the Michigan Credit Services Protection Act. We do not make false or misleading claims about our services or results.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
